A single smiley face, that my only option? I would lock myself out of my own network again just to watch this man work. Malek showed up, fixed things I didn't know were broken, explained the things I broke myself without making me feel like an idiot (a real talent), and somehow got everything running faster than it ever has. At one point I asked a question so technically illiterate that a lesser IT professional would have quietly resigned on the spot. Malek just smiled and solved it. Whatever this company is paying him, it is not enough. I'm not saying give him a raise — I'm saying give him a raise, a corner office, and possibly the title of "The Reason Anything Works Around Here."
